For the woman who feels the call to birth outside the system — on her own terms. This offering is dedicated preparation for an autonomous freebirth: understanding your body's physiology, building your birth team, creating your space, and cultivating the deep trust within herself.
This is not about convincing you of anything. It's about making sure you feel genuinely informed, grounded, and held as you step toward one of the most sovereign choices a woman can make.

Birth Sharing Circles Group — In-Person Coming October 2026!
A circle of women. A space to speak and be truly heard. Birth Sharing Circles are gatherings for women to share their birth stories — in all their complexity, grief, joy, and power. There is deep medicine in being witnessed, and in witnessing others.
